Return Policy

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Lilly & Lucy, we will happily accept a return up to 14 days after you receive the item with the following conditions. Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Sale merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchanged for other merchandise. Clearance merchandise is considered a final sale. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s). Any returns that are accepted that do not meet our return policy will be credited at the item's current sale price minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee. 

 

Items must be returned to Lilly & Lucy in new, unused condition, be in original packaging, and with all tags attached with a copy of the original sales receipt. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s).

 

The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on clearance, custom made items, diaper bags, and personalized items.

 

If for any reason you need to return an item that had free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus shipping fees. Shipping fees are 10% of your original order amount or the actual shipping cost whichever is greater.

 

All returns are handled within one to two business days. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your billing statement. Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for the purchase.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Please insure your package and get a tracking number to ensure receipt of your merchandise. We recommend using UPS to return your merchandise.

 

Exchanges

 

We process all exchanges as returns. Return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement items. We can not hold items or wait for returns.

 

Sales Tax

 

Sales tax will only be charged within the state of Georgia. Lilly & Lucy charges % for orders shipped within the state of Georgia.

 

Shipping

 

We ship all items one to two business days after being placed. All orders are shipped via USPS. Average shipping takes 7-10 days depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email that your order has shipped. If you need express shipping, please contact us for additional fees.
